Back seat

I was in the back seat of a car my mother was driving, adjacent to her. I was trying to pull off a hot sweater but it was difficult I kept getting stuck and tunnel vision. We were pulled over by a female police officer and she opens the back door where I am yo interrogate me and shows me a cell phone video of me having a psychotic episode.
