Seriously not a dream it really happened

Was at work 2 nights ago, doing second shift and I normally dont do second, I work as a CNA, was with a resident and kept hearing " hi its tiffany can anyone help me?" Come in over the radio. Mind you no one who is a resident there and no one working that night was named tiffany. The strangest part was that it was a cheap *** radio you'd get from Walmart and you cant bluetooth anything to it. Was just all around creepy.
