What does this mean??

Had some truly awful dreams last night. First of all, I was pregnant with twins from my stupid ex boyfriend. I got an abortion but not until I was extremely pregnant and idk why. It was awful, I was huge. They did a very tiny incision by my groin and then kinda just sucked the placenta out it was really gross. I got to see the two embryos and they were creepy af. I think my cousin Em was getting an abortion at the same time... then the fam all went on a walk by this river right after. I wasn't really feeling it cuz I had literally just given up two babies and everyone was just pretending it was chill. I felt really sad. The second part of my dream was absolutely awful. This random woman who was my friend was giving birth in the hospital but I knew that she was going to die after. I remember running around the hospital with a guy (my husband??) looking for something but I forget what it was. There was a very strange, fluffy brown cow in a corridor but it didn't really have a face and I think it was evil. We ran into two other friends in the nursery, the mom and baby were both healthy and I remember being jealous. We got back to the room where my friend was and she was holding her new baby but she did not look well. Then all of a sudden she was my friend Denae who I haven't seen in so long :( so denae had her baby but we all knew she was going to die. Lauren and Alysa were there and we took denae out around town for the last time. We went to this weird coffee shop and I'm not sure what city we were in. But denae seemed to be doing better. I woke up soon after this.
