Astral projection?

Started out with me sitting on the floor in my living room, one of my friends was sitting on my gaming chair at my desk, we were ghost hunting. I had this emf device or something in my hand. I was asking him where he’d like me to set the notch and he told me not to set it too high, I couldn’t really see the notches so I told him I didn’t have my glasses. He just nodded his head which I couldn’t see his face cuz he’s an online friend and I’ve never asked for a pic or anything, we just play video games that’s it. Anyways I sat back and got weirded out for a second I was like “I’m so high right now” and getting anxiety,then I froze and was like “high???” (I haven’t smoked in years and I don’t like it being high anymore) I got up and tried to run to my room, I fell in slow motion and landed face down. I thought I heard the door opening but it didn’t. I got up tried to open the door but ended up going through it I guess, I felt like a spirit or something was racing to my body and I had to get there as fast as I can. I saw me and Joe laying in bed sleeping. I grabbed his ankle and he twitched, I grabbed my own leg and I woke up instantly and yelled Joes name just to make sure I was awake. He woke up all grumpy. I felt very uneasy after that. About my surroundings and about my “friend”
