Scary Little Boy Nightmare

A scary little boy that I didn't recognize walked into my room and stood at the end of my bed. His eyes were quite sunken in. I asked him who he was/what he was doing in my house. He didn't respond. Then he started eating my right foot?? Like actual consumption. I woke myself up really quickly after that. It felt sort of like sleep paralysis, except it didn't seem like I was awake.
