I was a farmhand

I worked on a farm where everyone did their bit of work over the summer and then we migrated to somewhere else during the colder seasons. My sister helped in the kitchens and she was amazed by how much cooking everyone did before we left the plot for winter. I found a piece of obsidian that I placed on the table and a little kid tried to steal it.
