Trick or steal

Two boys, both about 10 years old, were known for their tricks and teasing. Everyone in our neighborhood knew them, though no one seemed to know where they came from. First their little tricks were completely harmless, funny even. Little did people know that those were just warming up. Then the tricks turned disturbing and annoying. Everyday they came up with more and more unpleasant ones, and when people asked them to stop, they just waved their hands carelessly and made that person their next victim. Finally they made it too far. They started stealing money from people. I thought that if this kept moving on, the boys would turn dangerous. One day, when I was walking on the street, I saw the boys stealing from another boy, a little younger than them. As I was running to them, my little brother and one of my classmates showed up. I took the money the boys stole, gave it back to the other and told him to run. The boys were furious. They attacked me, though they weren't very strong, and I got them to stay still, but they were attached on my body. (it was really uncomfortable and I was scared) I told my classmate to get the cops. Fortunately the police station was nearby, so they came pretty fast. I was almost crying now, 'cause I knew what the boys could do if they only wanted. When I saw the cops, I shouted them to come help me. Few of them ran to me and took the boys away. I walked to my classmate to thank her, but woke up before I could say a word.
