Sleep paralysis a different version

Yesterday when I wake up, I realised that I'm in sleep paralysis i can see my room, the curtain of my window were open. But it was a normal dream it's not at all fearful only me was there, except i can't move my body. My both arms are touching each other, i tried to switch on the light, but I can't move my hand even a little but when I tried to crush one my arm with other (since they touch each other) i felt pain. Suddenly I felt some pressure on my shoulder, when I checked it was a flask there on my shoulder, but I'm seeing that flask for the 1sf time. Suddenly i went back to sleep and wake up(hopefully after some seconds) and stood on my floor, i saw that the curtain is actually closed not open as I saw in my dream. I don't know is this a normal sleep paralysis or something else.
