Insidious

I dreamt that the demon with the red face and tail in insidious was possessing my family. It was weird because it explained to us that in order for it to possess us we had to wear this black pin but the pin was literally a piece of garbage it had a black top and then a metal nail that stuck out of the black top and the nail was bent. I remember it made me and my brother sleep in the same room as it which was my room. It fell asleep and there was a pair of scissors right next to it so I was about to stab it in the throat but something told me that wasn’t gonna work and just really piss if off. Next thing I remember is my brother somehow escaped and left me with it. When it found out it went insane and ended up possessing my mom multiple times. I never got possessed but the whole time I remember sitting in the family room watching this demon go in and out of my family and just thinking “so this is what’s happening to my family rn, some people r just enjoying their sleep and we’re being possessed” after my mom had been possessed too many times she became tainted. I had to watch the pin and make sure she didn’t put it on because she was now voluntarily doing it. The dream ended with the demon possessing a baby and I somehow trapped the demon into the babies body and was debating whether I should throw the baby in a fire (it sounds horrible but it wasn’t a baby it was a demon) or if I should crack it’s neck and then burn it to save it from being burned alive. I think we threw it in fire regardless because it seemed like it would take care of the spiritual aspect along with the physical and we wanted to be sure that what we did ended up killing the demon.
