I’m somewhere with a bunch of people. Joey and his (now) fiancé are here. I’m talking to them and it’s super casual. I suddenly recall that I just saw their engagement announcement on Instagram, so I awkwardly bring it up and congratulate them. I immediately feel like I made things unnecessarily uncomfortable and I wish I just didn’t bring it up at all after waiting so long.
