(5) Swimming through a flood

This one was weird. After that computer science class, school ended and my brother was picking me up. We had just finished running cross country which ended in some structure - we had to dump our sports bags in some pit, then climb up this structure and jump down a railing to win. I did it without realising, beating a friend (Josh). We went back into school after this, which now had a Primark clothes shop in it. With my mates (Meagan and Lizzy) we ran into my history teacher and stopped for a chat. I really had to leave. I started walking to where he usually picks me up, before getting a text saying he was at the back, where the old house was. There is no old house irl. By now the sky was dark and cloudy, and visibility was getting low. My drama teacher came out and asked if I was alright, and that the school door code was 911 if I needed to get back in. That has never been the door code. I started to make my way round the back to where the old building was, but it was blocked off. You can walk the entire way round my school irl. I went in through the front door, which was now on the side, and it had gotten all posh and fancy. There was a dining hall that looked like a restaurant and waiters coming through doors. I went to go through the door which I somehow knew led to the back, but got stopped by the lady who works in the office. I told her I was going round the back, but for some reason she and another teacher decided to escort me. I knew my way. There were some points where there were small wooden gates round the back I had to get round that we couldn't because they broke or we knew they were meant to be there but they weren't. I eventually got to the back, and realised the school was entirely flooded. About 9 feet of water, easily. Some of my friends were sitting there like it was a pool party - with crisps and drinks, sitting on the side of the water like it was nothing. I went down the steps realising how deep it was getting. I have a friend who I haven't seen in ages who I texted, because apparently this half of my school was in Sweden, and he's half Swedish, and he would know how to swim because "the weather in sweden has been ridiculous recently". The dude does not live in Sweden. He said that he couldn't swim with me to the old building. I asked all of my friends and some said after they ate, which would take a few minutes. I was already far too late for my brother, who had been waiting for what felt like an hour at this point. I started to go out swimming across the - what was now a swimming pool - myself. Ally, who had been the first to say she was eating and then coming, seemed scared and followed me out after telling me to wait. Suddenly neither of us could see. I stopped swimming after I heard her follow and could now not get my speed back up. I was swimming on the spot. By now I was a good little way away from the side of the pool and it was pitch black. Couldn't see where we were going. I tried to go under the water so I could push my foot off the bottom to get going, but it was easily about 8 or 9 feet deep, and I couldn't get there. I think I woke up then.
