why have my dreams been so confusing lately?!

So I dreamt I was at the beach doing random things when my mom started yelling at me out of nowhere. I asked her what was the matter and she said I wasn't being careful. I didn't know what she meant by that but I just nodded my head and walked in the other direction. So confusing!
