Grandparents are staying with us?

In my dream, my wife and I were getting ready for work, we were just a few minutes from leaving. My parents and grandmother on my dad's side pulled up in the drive way with both grand parents on my mom's side in the back of a van on stretchers. They looked like they were dying. My mom said they were going to be staying with me and my wife. We obviously started freaking out. Then, very randomly, I was trying on a belt that looked too small but fit surprisingly well.
