Volcanic Goodbye

I was in class when the kids around me suddenly jumped out of their seats to run to the exit. I was a college student in this dream, studying on a small island that I'm assuming is Hawaii. The institution literally took up the whole space of the land and so, was surrounded by water. I think I was taking a test at the time, but I didn't get to finish. With the test in my hand, I ran out with the students. My heart was pumping fast with fear. Outside, the teachers were shouting at us to get in the emergency boats. As soon as I got onto the floating vehicle, I turned around to see a volcano right behind our college looking as if it was about to erupt. It didn't take long for all the boats to be filled with the entire population of the school. And as soon as everyone got on, we left. The boats sailed on towards the nearest island which happens to have a small town. By the time we reached our location, the sky was set to a hazy blue and orange color. The sun shined but in a blurry fashion. It was very pretty. Unfortunately, the plume of smoke from the previous island was tainting the perfect picture. But despite knowing this, I couldn't take my eyes off it. Not by fear, but with curiosity. Nevertheless, at the small town, I looked for a place to finish my test. I looked for what seemed like a long time, but never found a spot. In the end, I ended up on a balcony of one of the store with a dream friend; I call him Lock. Together, we could see the volcano which happened to have erupted. But instead of a boom, lava came trickling out of it like a stream. With the beautiful sunset and the trail of smoke, it looked very similar to a path but in the sky. It was a very odd but nice dream...
