Love triangle, unconditional love

All I remember is that we were at this school but I think we also slept and lived at the school. There was a new student, quickly him, me and another girl became friends. We were seniors. This guy was blond, sea kind of guy. Me not sure, I think as irl. The other girl friend was Asian, long black hair. We were all together at his dorm, I forgot what we were doing originally. But suddenly his parents were coming to visit, and his room was a complete mess which his parents should absolutely not see as they were sort of strict. So me and the girl helped him, and we did most of it too. I knew that we were both in love with the guy friend, but I also knew that he liked her too. No one had admitted their feelings to no one though, but I just knew. I was sad, my heart was aching, but I kept helping and keeping my hurt hidden because I still loved him.
