I adopt a russian kid and my gf leaves me

I was a man in a building and I had to escape from it because it was full of zombies, but as I proceed to do so I realize that the zombies are actually just people who when I'm around them get hypnotised by a music or something that comes out of a chip in my head that makes them talk about an ambiguous moment of their lives and during that they try to kill me. so I'm running around going through different doors while a russian kid (I knew he was russian, but idk how) helps me through an auricular. every room was a completely different location (police station, living room during christmas, library). when I finally get out the kid gives me a key that will stop my chip. a woman (my lover I guess) didn't want me to accept it because the kid was with the bad guys at first, but I chose to follow him and leave her.
