Moving into sisters house

I dreamed dad bought my sister's house. When she left, she left behind a lot of crap. There was a hot tub in the basement. Dirty uncleaned, empty. There were aquariums full of chemicals and supplies for the hot tub. There was a spot for a swimming. Bitch took that with her. Memories of kids playing in it when they were younger. Dad claimed master bedroom on first floor for himself. It is my house after all. No worries. Open another bedroom. More crap, more mess. Big property out in country. Walking in the woods.
