Someone Fell From a Hotel

We were staying in some big hotel type place, but it had floor to ceiling windows on one side of the building that could open to the outside. We were up high, maybe stories. One floor above us, a kid or adult (I cant remember but I think it was a kid) stumbled out of the open window and fell past our window to the ground way below. It was really traumatic. I looked away as they fell past us but later on we had to walk outside. I tried not to look at the body on the ground but there was blood all over and we accidentally stepped in a puddle of it.
