Bad Dream

So, this dream was about bad people with powers taking over the world. The had lined up humans like cattle. They started with one area, rounded everyone up, tortured them, and then only kept out the ones who would cooperate and do their bidding. Well, I had powers, but they are new and I was not near strong enough to take on dozens if not thousands of them by myself. I found another, younger guy with Powers too, he was probably in his 20s. We had started living together in a small, ran down little house in the woods by a stream. We worked on our powers and learned how to apply them to each other, sort of like Bella from Twilight. I had gotten to the point where if he was holding my hand, I could apply my invisibility to him as well, but I had to really be thinking about it. Well, we decided to scope things out and try to see where they were keeping all the people locked up, hopefully finding our families. We had heard that if we wanted to find out locations of prisoners, that we needed to check with this huge oceanfront restaurant. We went there, and were doing good keeping out of sight. Listening to people's conversations, and learning valuable info. Well, all of a sudden, people started screaming and trying to hide. They were doing a raid, we didn't know if they somehow had learned about us, or what. So we hid up on a ledge where they had put sound equipment for parties. I kept up my invisibility for the both of us. The gal who was conducting the raid was a ravage bitch, and it turned out to be Angela. She was cruel and would torture people for fun. Well, a little boy displayed some powers, and she saw it, it wasn't much, just a flicker of light, so she was going to take the little boy and his older sister. The family had been standing on the top of some stairs trying to get to the beach. Well, I told my friend that I had to save them. I tried as hard as I could, and I let go of his hand, but was able to keep his invisibility active. I told him to sneak to the bottom of the stairs, and to get ready to grab the kids. So as he started off, I made myself visible. At this point, my real self realized that my dream self had much more powers. I actually had the potential to be very powerful, because most people only have 1 power, but I had many, I just wasn't very strong. Well, she turned and looked at me and was amused. She said she knew that a powerling had come to town, that she could smell the power. Well, she started shooting purple lightning at me, and I was able to block it with a shield. I kept fighting, pushing her farther and farther in the opposite direction of the children. She then had her lieutenant come who was very strong, and try and help. It was Scott, and he would push anyone out of his way, and kill them by stomping and this crushing people's skulls. He would kill anyone who was anywhere close or in his way, even though he could have gone around them. Then I froze time for everyone in that section of the restaurant. I could tell she could still see me, although frozen, and could see my escape, so I had to try and figure out how to just not have her follow after I got far enough away that they would unfreeze. Well, I ran as fast as I could to the bottom of the stairs, where those people were not frozen, and told the parents to send their children down and I would get them to safety. I then made the stairs not be stairs, and they slid right down. My friend went and opened the door, and I grabbed both children, carrying one on each hip. I then had to put in a lot of effort to apply the invisibility to them, me, and my friend at a distance. We ran off. As we got about 1/2 mile down the beach, I could hear Angela roar, and knew that they were unfrozen. We ducked into a shopping mall, but it was packed with security searching for powerlings. We had to run as fast as we can and quietly as we could without touching anyone. Then, some blonde haired guy, who looked like the collector from Guardians of the Galaxy, looked straight at me and smiled. I was like you can see us? And he was like yes, follow me. He let me know that the prison was miles underground below the mall. They worked people harvesting a special mineral that the bad people needed to try and create some sort of powerful gollum army. He said his power was seeing through the powers of others, so they would use him to find out people, but he was trying to rebel from inside. He told me to go down to an office, and a woman there would help me escape. So we went there, and found the woman. She took us to an office, and Ken was sitting there. He said he didn't know if he would help me. And I begged, asking to think about the children, and so he finally showed us to the secret tunnel that ended in the woods at a big oak tree. We climbed through the narrow tunnel, and after about an hour, made it out the hole in the tree. We scoped where we were, and it was the opposite direction of out hide out. So we started making our way farther into the woods to try and find water. When we did, we would wade upstream to make sure we couldn't be followed, and would sometimes backtrack, just trying to make sure our trail couldn't be followed. Ad day broke, we found a nice groove of evergreen trees that were grown too close together, almost fusing together, but there was a dead space toward the center with branch covering so you couldn't see from the sky. So we squeezed in there, and decided to sleep. My friend's power was he could siphon other's power as long as he touched them, and he could only hold one power at a time currently. So, we took turns sleeping making sure one or the other was maintaining all 4 of our invisibility. After the kids fell asleep, we talked for a little bit. We loved each other deeply, but had never been romantic, just never the time or priority. He told me he was scared he would have lost me, and that I was stupid risking my life for the children. But I reminded him that we saved them. They can grow up and develop their powers and have a fighting chance. We also learned the location of all the prisoners, so it was a good mission. I said we needed to train, that I couldn't believe I could project my power that far for him, but I wanted him to be safe. I told him we would train in the morning, because if I could develop my power, he could too. Maybe he wouldn't have to be touching the person, maybe he could even learn to store more than one power. I hadn't scoped if the girl had powers too or if it was just the boy, but I knew everything would be ok.
