Glass in Finger/Music Videos

I was helping someone clean out there garage and I got a small piece of glass in the tip of my right middle finger. I squeezed it over the garbage can and got it out. Then puss started coming out. It was already infected. I squeezed it more to get the puss out. Then the wound became big and gaping. The size of the whole tip of my finger. Said maybe I should go to the hospital. Noticed they lived across the street from an urgent care. Walked there to get it looked at. They saw me right away because it was bad. I was visiting Sanj and her kids were showing me music videos that they had made with their Mom. They were actually really well done. Sanj was pregnant in part of the video then it cut to her not pregnant in the same outfit. Couldn’t tell if she was really pregnant or if it was fake. She looked extra big.
