In the Storm & Extreme Fishing

I was dreaming and in my dream, I decided to skip school and go to this nearby place (kind of like a cafeteria) Then it started raining, pouring, and eventually there was a storm, and the people there wouldn't let me go home because it was too dangerous. I also saw Tighnari there from Genshin Impact who also had went inside with the rest of the people. I saw him wearing this gold head band and earings when I went inside as well. Later when the storm had calmed down, this guy had somehow caught a giant sword fish. Like it was larger than the average person as well. Maybe as big as a bus, length and width. Then I hear a lot of men charging and chearing. Then another guy caught an orca (somehow at the same beach as the swordfish) I tried to take pictures but my phone wouldn't work, and the strom was picking up again.
