anxiety dream?

I was trying to escape this weird jungle with my brother, cousin, and a lady with a newborn baby. we eventually made it out through a helicopter that we conveniently found? but we were caught as soon as we hit the ground again. My cousin was the only one who didn’t get caught so he decided to help us escape. he hid somewhere within the house we were being held at and looked for the keys that would uncuff the handcuffs. When that happened we ran and eventually made it home. suddenly we all went back home again and my other cousin was gonna have her first day of middle school. I was helping her get ready but at the same time I was helping the woman with her newborn baby. She had apparently gone back to the father of the child who was extremely abusive. I tried to help her but I only managed to save her baby, the man committed a murder suicide type of thing and I was there to watch. when I went to drop off my cousin at her first day of school I was nervous cause I committed to actually spending the whole day with her which was a terrible idea. The whole time I was freaking out and replaying the whole murder in my head.
