Was it just a dream?

so one of my many hobbies in real life is going to abandoned places and stuff with my friends in search of "a base of operations", me and my friends found this place last week which was a shut down chemical factory and we were planning to go back today actually. so today i wanted to astral project but i got to the seperation stage and wasnt able to leave (it could've been cuz i was to low in frequency or i just missed my mark) i tried to roll out but i moved my real body on accident which means i wasnt deep in sleep. anyways i try again but lost conciousness and went to sleep and i ended up at the chemical factory accept it wasnt all dusty and beat up infact it looked brand new, there were other people in the bbuilding and the layout was identical to real life whih is suprising since ive only been there once i can remember me recalling all this during the dream taking place and i go up to the second floor seeing a familiar person who was my substitute teacher in my school, the second floor was a lot different since it had stacks and stacks of paper and filing cabinets with a table that my teacher was sitting at, the whole room was really clean as well and i remember there being a yellowish golden tint which could mean about 3 things that ill touch on later. so i ask her what is this place and i cant figure out if she said z filing or e filing but and she kicks me out. i remember i was trying to search up in the dream what those were since i had no idea what that was, then i start to lose consciousness and the dream gets all hazy.
