breaking bones at the hospital to save time

[there was a whole section bout my sister chatting with someone online who she shouldn't be chatting with and our brother exposing her, but I don't remember much bout it] I was in a hospital with my sister because she was supposed to meet someone. I need to go to the bathroom but I know there's none on my floor [I've dreamed this hospital before] so I go to the escalator and decide to take the one that brings u directly to the 5th floor, where I knew there was a bathroom. as soon as I get on I realize it's going too fast and I won't be able to get off in time and I get mad at myself for not taking multiple escalators to get to the last floor .I get lunched off the roof and fall over the wall around it. when the paramedics arrive I see myself from the outside and my whole shoulder and arm have broke off my body, there is no blood, but I can see the bones inside.
