Almost Lucid But Can’t Quite Break Through

In my dream I started to become aware that I was dreaming, there was some girl/woman standing in front of me while I was kneeling on the ground. I felt scared and I started yelling “I’m dreaming” and became aware of the dream, however this woman started laughing evilly and said “of course you are” but I couldn’t control the dream to make her disappear or make anything else happen, I felt like I was “stuck” in this dream and aware of it but unable to escape.
