Need Help! Lucid Dream Problems!

Hello! I SERIOUSLY need help when it comes to lucid dreaming. Moreover, how to completely stabilize the lucid dream and how to make it as vivid as possible. Whenever I have one I end up freaking out and waking myself up. Thank you all! And please help me! I am very desperate to have a lucid dream that lasts a really long time while being in control and it being as vivid as real life! Again, thank you and have an amazing day! GOD bless you all!
