Running away from Explosion

I dreamed that I was walking with my friends on a long road in the middle of a forest. Suddenly up ahead I witnessed a large explosion. I turned around to run away, but my friends were just standing there seemingly mezmerized by the explosion. Even though I was running in the other direction, it was too late anyways, as tons of small explosions started to consume the whole area. For some reason in the dream I was thinking that the whole world would come to an end. Afterwards I discover in the dream that the cause was somebody made a wrong calculation about something, using the wrong "unit type" in a formula.
