past crush

I had a crush on my past teacher in high school. I know he liked me too, but he never admitted it. He now has a girlfriend and I am not able to contact him. The other night I had a dream that we were in the car and he reached over and held my hand and moved it over to his lap. Any ideas on what this may mean? Is it a sign for the future? Maybe a sign that I can contact him soon, or that he may contact me?
