Poisoned baby

This was a short dream or part of dream. I was very young with baby. We were at a pharmacy like rite aid. My baby found a pacifier and put it in her mouth. I took it out and realized a hole in it and liquid inside. I assumed or knew it was tampered with and poisoned her. I stuck my finger down her throat to get her to vomit but it did not work. I was panicked. I asked the pharmacist for liquid charcoal or ipecac to get her to vomit. The pharmacist thought I was going to use it as a practical joke a would not give it to me.
