Alagator and ancient village

I was walking in this Florida type forest, but I wasn't sure where I was. In this place, I ran into a medium-sized alagator. I tried sneaking away, but the alagator got me on my hand. I felt the teeth in my hands, especially my thumb. I pull its jaw apart with my other hand, and I get my hands released. I choked the alagator and through it. I thought I was in the clear, but the alagator got me again. we did this a couple of times, and then I was finally free from the alegator and in another dream. In this other dream, I am not sure if it was part of the dream I mentioned above or a total new one. Well, I was walking with two other people. I believe these two other people were the same people I was walking with when the alagator bit my hand. So when I was walking, we ran into this group of physical beings. I knew that they were an ancient civilization, but I didn't know from where. They had wide shoulders with small heads, and their skin tone was a shiney black purple color.
