Haunted by Demons in my house

i can't remember to much sadly I've been reading thenight before a lot of paranormal things before I went to bed. in my dream I was all alone in the appartment of my family and went into our floor. I felt like someone was watching me and felt very anxious. when I went onto the balcony I saw demons behind me. They looked like giant insects that were half a meter high and they just stood there. I then met my mother at the balcony and told her about the demons that haunted me for several weeks. She just said this isn't real, it's only in my mind. I should face them and see that they're not real. It felt like I was going insane
