A notebook full of drawings

I was at home and needed to find a notebook to take some notes. I remembered where the one from Highschool was, so I grabbed it and when I went to the last pages, it was full of drawing and some pages had sketches. I was thinking who did that since I don't know how to draw, but the I saw a drawing of Cirno, and the next page was sorta "brilliant" and had a beautiful drawing of Cirno on it. I stood there thinking how I got that notebook and why it looked similar to mine, but with drawings, I thought it was someone else's notebook or that some drew it there, but then I remembered I didn't let people draw on my notebook; at some point I thought it had came from another Universe, then the dream ended.
