follow me to the sea

for a long time now I've been having dreams where this stranger pops up in them. it's always in the same area and near the coast. he has tan skin and black hair. Everytime I see him he tries to get me to follow him to the sea. he's tried to talk with me but Everytime he tries it's like he is put on mute no sound ever comes out even though his mouth moves.
