Massive Spider!

I was in a house with my mum, I was sitting down. Then all of a sudden, I saw something. A spider. A MASSIVE one. Although it had a small body, it's legs were long, so very long. The legs were striped, red, yellow, green and black. It was coming towards me, trying to crawl up my hand.. I hesitated! I jumped up and ran from one place to another, it kept following me :( I tried finding high ground, anything like a bed or the couch etc. I did not want to kill it but sometimes my fear gets the best of me. I grabbed a sandal and hit it once, it stopped moving. It suddenly got back up and started crawling faster than ever at me! I hit it a few more times, but that thing would keep persisting.. Then I Woke Up.
