White girl blonde hair overweight. No seatbelt. Driving an older sedan or coupe. Doing donuts on top level of parking structure. Other white girl thin with darker hair? on hood of the car doing acrobatic stunts while car was spinning. Car eventually slams into outside wall of parking structure sending the acrobat girl flying over the egde of the parking structure presumably to her death. Driver jumps out screaming and runs to edge where she fell, then throws herself on the ground shaking and sobbing.
