The bomb heads-up and the bunker

Ambassador circulate the message a bomb will be dropped on Paris at 22:50. She’s having an event in a bunker and staff can join and maybe bring family. I tell my brother to be ready to show up there at the entrance. He shows up with other people linked to the staff when we go in, but it’s too early for guests and ambassador doesn’t let them in. So I go but he doesn’t and I start panicking because I don’t know how to reach out for him if there’s no service once I’m down there. I want my brother to be safe too!
