I woke up in my own spit.

I was helping 3 people carry something heavy until we got to the mountain and I told them I couldnt do it. They told me to just leave, I did. Instead I took a long walk over to my sister's place, I did a suprise visit hoping she would be excited to see me because I havnt seen her for so long, but I was disappointed when I saw her on all four in the garden eating something white from a box not even looking happy to see me at all. She didnt say a word, she kept eating the white stuff. I tried to talk to her, but I got no response. I walked closer to her, which made her eat faster. Somewhat confused and upset I quickly take her box away. I take a look at her and her eyes yell desperation, but she isnt moving, she is now laying on the grass. I start tasting this white stuff, I shove a lot in my mouth and I realise its soap, I could actually taste it. I try to spit it out, but it wont come out, it fills my nose and mouth and I cant breathe. I run to the bathroom, I try to rinse my mouth, spit some more, but nothing helps and it gets worse. I woke up to myself spitting one last time, my shirt was wet, it was dripping from my chin. I spat myself awake.
