Back to School

It starts with me in a classroom in my old high school. The class has ended and as I'm leaving to my next class my ex tells me that I've got class with her and Luis. I ignore her and go to the place I think my next class is, she seemed upset about this. once I make it to that class I take a set by a familiar face and ask Edgar if I'm supposed to be in that class. he states that he doesn't know and something about this class also being in a mall. I walk over to the teacher and ask her to check if my name is on the roster, she says she can't. I tell her that I'm going to the main office to find out what class I should be in. She seems ok with it. I leave the class and walk into a crowded hallway, some of the staff I see on the way there look like people from work. The hallway is full of students that look way too old to be in high school and one of them seems to be having an argument with a ta or teacher about an assignment, he's got no idea what he's doing. I make my way to the end of the hall to the open area where they all meet. there are tons of classes just standing in what looks like a fire drill. I ignore them and wall over to the main office, but all the offices look like stores and the one I need is closed. my ex appears behind me and I tell her that I'm gong to check with my homeroom teacher. he should know my class schedule. we walk down his hallway; I'm looking at all the classes and none of them have his name or his class. we walk by a class and she says the teacher's name "Felicia", I correct her by using the pronunciation that is used by someone at work. a women looks at me when I do that, she's not the person from work, but maybe a girl I once had a class with. we get to the end of the hall and start walking back down. I ask a male student if he knows where the teacher's class is and I think he points up. at that point I notice that there are signs hanging from the sealing with in Memoriam and the teacher's name. then someone says that he was killed and I guess they named the hallway after him. I grab my keys, for some reason I have the master keys from work with me, and start walking back to the main office. my ex says something I can't remember and then says that I can always be a beach bum and I respond "and be a kept man?".
