Boyfriend kicking me out

I had a dream within a dream about a cemetery within a three level parking garage that was haunted that I couldn’t get out of because the floors and walls kept merging together. It was outside of a giant convention that everyone was leaving. I woke up from this “dream” and told my boyfriend about it and he mentioned that another girl would be moving into our studio soon. Soon she showed up and she basically looked like a typical Instagram influencer. I got confused about why she was moving in and then he told me he was dumping me to be with her because she was cuter, younger, had a better attitude, and didn’t annoy him. He started getting mad at me because I was upset and crying, so I ran the the front yard and he came running after me, saying that this was exactly why he did this - because I can’t handle relationships maturely and freak out all the time. Then I woke up crying! 🎉
