My Son, my son, my son

My second son recently passed his driving test and within a week purchased a car. Sorted his insurance and all was good. About 10 days ago (after the purchase and he driving etc) I had a dream that startled me to wake. He was dropping me into town and I got out and started walking to where I wanted to go. After a few mins I heard a crash but was more sounding like glass shattering but very loud. I jumped in my sleep. Thought nothing of it but yet pondered on my mind more so that I had that dream rather than what it was about. Last Friday/Saturday morning (2am) I got a phone all from my son saying he had fallen and needs to go to the hospital to be seen and checked. I am putting my dream to this issue while no car was involved is was my son that is the common factor. He needed stitches etc. He said he slipped on a steel cover (like a drain cover) and said it was like a sheet of glass it was so slippy!
