Saving dogs from underwater prison

A friend gives me a job to do where I have to save these dogs from a house, but the house is under water. I can't remember if I drove underwater, but I do remember driving a car, and I do remember this thing that looked like a snorkel that let me breathe under water. I go in the house with a kennel for the dogs. I see a scarey snake that is bright florescent colors and glowing. I finally find what I am looking for, a fat bulldog that is white with spots. Then I find a little chihuahua. I think I'm slightly confused because I only brought 1 kennel. This part of the dream isn't very clear, but I remember someone saying it's already 6pm and for some reason I am upset because I guess I had something to do, but I look down at my watch and see it's only 4pm. I guess I put them in my car, that I guess is also underwater and drive away.
