What is happening

Date: 1/9/2026

I came home from work, put on a light language video to take a nap to and in the middle of it I lose consciousness multiple times, in between all that I can feel intense energy all over my body and then I heard my name being screamed at like it sounded as if we were in a hallway and they were like two blocks away from me but yelling with this echo that made it seem like they were right behind me it was weird, I freak out but I realize if I don’t try and stay calm and focused then whatever is happening will just go over my head and I’ll more or less forget about it or just have nothing about it I can talk about, so I over hear other voices talking to me and it’s very fast and almost like the second I tried to recall what they said or pay attention to it, just slips right out of my mind and I can’t say anything about it…I had to use intuition to get any type of understanding of what was happening but the best I can say is, I was in communication with my higher self (a part of me either in the future that already lived my life or something like that was its context, I was being shown the truth about time and space being just as much of a dream as any dream we have at night, split visions of time and emotions of people i don’t know in the physical world, it was like they were showing me things I’ve forgotten or covered over and didn’t acknowledge while on earth, and it’s why my mind was thrown for a loop, my physical brain doesn’t have any context, references or experiences in its data bank to report back to further translate the experience so the whole time my mind was just unable to process it and I was left extremely confused and it took a while to even figure out what the hell i wanted to say but I knew it had to be remembered even if so vaguely and without detail, whatever i was shown or whatever we talked about, simply changed me, I’m not the same person I was when i went to sleep but I can’t exactly say what the difference is right now…perhaps i just need to sit with it longer and give it some time to further unspool in my mind and in my being.
