Monster x High School Impregnation

This is the only part I remember about the dream. I was in my high school. Nearly everyone in the school were in the halls and I was playing some sort of game with some of my friends. We had to find each other in the crowds but not be found at the same time. There were these monsters or aliens going around impregnating students. Whenever they would, ya know, stick their dicks into the women, it would be from a side view/xray view. It would make the women act like zombies, by that I mean walking around like one. It would also make them grow a pink tail and a pink alligator snout with sharp teeth.
