So I remember having an ex who still liked me and a current boyfriend who felt like I didn’t like him anymore. They kept asking me to choose and I told them I didn’t care enough to choose either of them and I needed a break from both. Fast forward a little bit and I’m sticking up flyers for something around my neighbourhood. I get to my neighbours house and I remember that he doesn’t like me because we argued about racial bias once, so I go to walk away and he says “whatcha sticking up?” I turn and see him standing in the doorway. I tell him it was just for some cause and he tells me I can stick it up on his house because it sounds really interesting. Surprised, I thank him and stick it up on a wall. He tells me I can do whatever I want to his house and I say really? So I start creating this art piece on his house representative of society in an ever changing world. I’m using little figurines and my phone lights up. I see I got a text with him and remember I actually have his number! It says “hey I know we didn’t use to get along but I actually think you’re cool and what you stand for is cool" I look up at him and grin. I tell him he can come down and help if he wants and he does. We’re just laughing about stuff and having a good time then he puts his arm round me and I literally feel my brain like “nuh uh ohhhhhhh girl don’t do it please fucking tell me you don’t like this fella!!!!!!! Shit u got a crush” and I’m like yep I know i fucking suck. So i excuse myself and go inside my house to take a breather. I’m inside and for some reason I have tons of animals, like an adoption or rescue centre. I go out to the backyard and see chairs lining up and everybody is arguing about political things and how to stop the end of the world. Someone appoints me to teach Pilates classes to make sure everybody is fit to fight for our survival. I’m like uh ok and one chick is like “I’ll take your class!” And I’m like okay sis. So I start teaching it without the faintest idea what I’m doing but then I jump up and yell “I’ve got it! It’s Lucy Melville!” And everybody realises the rat is LM. Eleanor starts speaking Spanish. I realise I probably just saved the world and instead of staying and celebrate I go to leave. My dad tells me we need more wine and goes out to get some and my friends ask where he went. I tell them I’m not sure and they ask if he went to get more wine because we really don’t need anymore. I’m annoyed so I tell them to get lost and I walk into my parents room. I see a woman adopting 4 turtles and a pit bull! I’m like well you have to care for the turtles and transport them properly. She’s like yeah that’s fine I can do that so she hides them inside a book (even though they are giant sea turtles). I walk out and go back to my neighbour and he gets real close to me like he’s gonna kiss me and tells me he’s happy I saved the world. I’m forget I’m even annoyed at everyone and that whole scenario and I say “don’t mention it” then wake up.
