army stuff?

I was walking around in flooded parking lot it looked like, and I talked to a few of my friends but they were wearing the weirdest safety orange uniform. I mean they looked like figure skaters but reflective safety orange material. One of them busted a wall down with his bare hands it looked almost enchanted or something with a symbol also in orange. The whole time I could hear ac/dc as this was happening because I fell asleep in my car with my music on.
