Wtf - new way of baby makin'

In this dream, there was a new way of making children. The steps were hard to follow but I think it went like this. WARNING - it's kinda gross: 1. Eat a bug given to you by the doctor 2. You will produce an "egg" within an hour 3. Place the egg in water 4. The egg will hatch and there will be another insect 5. Take the new bug to the doctor 6. The doctor feeds the bug to his mother and she becomes pregnant with your child I wanted a child in this dream but I couldn't find a good container to put my egg in water. The one I found was too small and instead of the one insect, I got a swarm of smaller insects. Also my dad's friend from school was there also trying to make a baby with this method.
