Series of random dreams

Had a weird dream that was all over the place. I only remember brief parts of it.. in one part I was swallowing pills that made me feel really relaxed like they were anti depressants, before I took the pills I remember I was crying a lot so maybe that why I took them? They made me feel really mellow though. Another part I remember I was on the toilet shitting for ages and I had my period and the catch me outside girl was peeking through the window telling me to hurry up and come hang with her but I felt completely exposed coz I was on the toilet. Also while I was sitting on the toilet i saw that my friend had uploaded a pic of us on Facebook with a really touching caption - in real life I haven’t seen him in ages so was a nice dream to have. I also dreamt I was looking after this girls cat? Another part I was in this house that had a hidden attic kinda and I was hooking up with my sisters boyfriend which was nice in my dream but felt so wrong as well - I feel like puking thinking about it, felt like I was kissing my brother 🤢 that’s all I can remember so far lol
