Found a baby

Date: 5/12/2017

I'm going to my fathers work in downtown Raleigh. We stop nearby to use the restroom and I walk in to the bathroom. As I walk in I forget to turn on the lights. I hear rustling in the background. I turn the light on and there is something under a shower curtain liner sitting on the toilet. I quickly take off the curtain to see that it is a young male toddler. He seems to be abandoned. I take him out to my family and show him to my young cousin who is oddly scared about him and runs away. I don't know why this happened.
