lucid sleep paralysis

in a desert-like tower made of sand kind of like star wars and i was going round shooting people with a laser but eventually i got cornered and then a creepy man looked me dead in the eyes and said "you realise you're dreaming don't you?" with a sinister grin on his face, and these two women were laughing beside him. It felt like a complete other reality that is constant and i can only connect with it in my dreams. i panicked and woke up though, i had to really force my body into movement and out of the dream, like trying to focus my eyes on what was really there. but as i opened my eyes and looked around, the dream was still playing over the top of my vision. eventually got rid of it with this phone light. now im excited/scared to go back in and im so exhausted i know i can! update: i definitely tried to hard to get back to sleep so i couldn't do it but i was full on hallucinating for like half an hour.
