astronomical library

I'm walking in a downtown area, in the shade of tall buildings and trees. Everyone is sitting around on tables and chairs, very casual, no one rushing about. Maybe it's the weekend. There are two pools adjacent to each other. I want to dive in so I hang my clothes and things by a railing. Hesitant at first to do this as it's an open area in all directions except for this one old railing by the building. I notice metal the tables and chairs are kinda rusty too. I get into the water. It was full of light and dark debris, could hardly see the blue walls as all this stirred up debris was everywhere. It looked like bits of white bread and dead leaves. Nothing stuck on to me but it was not completely appetizing to be in the water like this. There are a few others. I decide to go shower, I get my glasses wallet and phone and leave my jeans and shirt hanging on railing and look for the shower area which was in the underpass between the buildings. I come back and again notice how full the water was with stuff, maybe it's time the closes the pools for the season. I hear a French couple asking if there was an astronomical library in town or this city, and if they could learn about the most recent discoveries and job postings there. I wondered where was this place, was this a place from my childhood? I woke up, 4:50 am my first dream in a long time that I can remember details.
